Our practice is located just north of Indianapolis on Meridian Street in Carmel. We are three blocks north of 116th Street, just minutes north of I-465 and Meridian Street.

• From I-465 East: Take the Meridian Street exit and turn right (north). Go north for approximately one mile to 116th Street. Turn right (east) on 116th Street. At the next traffic light, Pennsylvania Street, turn left (north). Internal Medicine of Carmel is in the Community Health Pavilion Carmel on the left side of Pennsylvania Street.
